Order in queue
After your payment has been posted, your order will go into our waiting queue for 12 hours before printing. During this 12 hours, you can change the order detail (change size, colour, quantity) or cancel the order.

Processing and Shipping Time:
Your orders are important to us. Please note that our processing and shipping timeline does not include weekends. Our thorough process involves order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
Detail time frame for production correspondence with products group as below:
- Printed apparel (normal/ partial printing): 1-3 business days
- All Over Print apparel and products (Full Prints): 2-5 business days.
Once your order is processed and packed, it sets off on its way to your doorstep.

- Printed apparel (normal/ partial printing): 5-7 business days
- All Over Print apparel and products (Full Prints): 5-14 business days
- International orders may take an additional 1 weeks.
All our shipments are provided with a tracking link in a shipment notification email. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.
At Ippolitan, we exclusively rely on USPS (United States Postal Service) for all deliveries. Our default choice is USPS FIRST CLASS, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase.

To ensure the fastest on-time production and delivery we have a wide range of warehouses all over the world. Your product will normally be produced as well as shipped from the nearest warehouse in your area.
Tracking and Claims:
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number. Please remember that any claims or disputes regarding delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping company after the package has been scanned for shipping.
Shipping Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances:
While we take every precaution to promptly dispatch your order, uncontrollable events like extreme weather may impact delivery times. In such cases, we cannot assume responsibility. Be assured, your items are securely packaged and dispatched without delay.
Claims for Delayed, Damaged, or Lost Shipments:
In cases of delayed, damaged, or lost shipments, it is recommended to file claims directly with the shipping company. Please note that first-class mail does not include insurance, so claims for such situations cannot be processed.
